Enitrely Pinot Noir from the Kisapáti vineyard in the eastern portion of Szent György-hegy. This is the winemaking duo's original 1 hectacre that they own, and a portion of each year's fruit goes into this dry red. About 60% of the grapes are destemmed, and 40% see whole cluster fermentation. This sees 7 months in 600L oak barrels. Pair with Pörkölt.
