This richly-hued pétillant-naturel rosé is made from a blend of Cabernet Moravia, and Sankt Laurent. The grapes are gently pressed, and see a few hours of skin maceration. Refreshingly tart, with bright red fruit, light tannic structure, and plenty of herbs, this dry sparkling rosé will pair well with apricot chicken.
