Our hand selected single barrel of Bourbon here vividly displays the capabilities of this impressive outfit. Distilled on February 6th 2018 and aged for over four years in a single heavy char #4 barrel from Kelvin Cooperage. Bottled at a cask strength that is naturally low due to their traditional use of lower barrel entry proofs. Candied apples, butterscotch, pecans, black tea, spicy oak, cherry pie and coconut make you a believer in this brand if you weren't already. Limited.
