Made from espadin agaves that are produced according to artisan methods, distilled in small copper pots and rested in natural clay vessels prior to bottling. The clay element is noticeable but instead of having a dulling effect, it works to lend freshness to the mezcal with just a touch of chalky minerality – green melon, sumac, svocado leaf, aguamiel, lime pith.
