Entirely Vidal Blanc from four vineyards in Virginia's Shenandoah Valley-Sherman’s Ridge, Bluestone, Barren Ridge, and Rainbow Hill Vineyard. Young Wine is an attempt to make a fresh and attractive white out of this hybrid grape. Fermented and aged in neautral barrels and stainless steel, a small portion of the wine sees skin contact. Pair this bright and herbaceous dry white with fried chicken and fried okra.
