Antique Martini & Rossi Rosé Vermouth

Part of a trend that arose in the 1980s, when this was bottled, this rosé vermouth is meant to work as an aperitif, and the fruity and floral profile certainly lends itself to that. With the decades in bottle, a healthy amount of sediment has settled and the wine has become even more concentrated.
