A spirit that speaks to the heritage of Mexico more than others with agave and heirloom corn combined into one spirit for this very special batch of Pechuga with a total yield of 67 bottles. Made in Puebla by borthers Balbino and Sergio Salas from a base of local Papalometl agaves, for the third distillation heirloom Criollo Corn was added along with huitlacoche, squash, and pipicha leaf.
