A very special version of the kura's Junmai Daiginjo, this is aged for 3 years in a traditional snow storage facility. Relying solely on snow, it is kept at a stable 37 degrees year round. Intense and aromatic, with earth, koji, and stone fruit aromas, this can be enjoyed at a diverse range of temperatures. Pair with pork and tomato ragù.
