It takes the work of a master to make something as delicious as this mezcal and indeed Juan Aquino is one of the most adept practitioners of artisan mezcal out there. Made from tiny low yielding very ripe agaves of Espadin and Jabali fermented and distilled together - the result is like a perfect marriage of opposites where each balances out the other. A beautiful, supremely sippable spirit. Very limited as the total batch yielded only 60 liters!
