Instead it is one of the most complex and delicious mezcals we've ever tasted by in the birthplace of al pastor byt the regions greatest distiller. The artisan distillation methods have refined and drawn each individual flavor of roast pork, chilis, achiote, pineapple, citrus, cilantro, onion and as delicious as that is, make no mistake this is a world class mezcal first and foremost through and through. Only 60 bottles were produced for this batch. The Lot # is 20.
