Mezcal reaches heights few other drinks can, but when it gets as good as bottlings like this we honetly find ourselves at a loss for how to describe it - ludicrous, insane, unbelievable, mind blowing? All those are true certainly, but still barely start to describe how special these mezcals are. Made with fully mature, hand harvested Cenizo agaves, this batch distilled in 2020 by Apolonio Ramirez yielded only 24 extremely precious bottles of singular mezcal. Pristine in its profile you'll find standout notes of heirloom citruses, summer canteloupe, a bedrock of minerals and wild ginger.
