The story of Black Tot comes from the day marked on July 31st, 1970 to commemorate the final day of daily rum rations provided to members of the British Royal Navy - a tradition that began in 1655. The annual Master Blender's Reserve is an ever evolving perpetual blend that uses some of the previous years blends in the mix with unique lots of pot still heavy rums meant to recreate the rums from the last consignment. This release features 2-30yr old Guyana Rums, 22-27yr old Jamaican Rums, 10-24yr old Trinidad Rums and 7-19yr old Barbados Rums. Bottled at natural cask strength with zero additives.
