A white sparkling pét-nat made from Moscatel de Alejandria and Torontel, the wine sees 2 weeks on the skins. The base wine was fermented in large clay amphorae called Tinajas, and was aged in bottle. Aromatic with white flower and stone fruit aromas, this has very light tannic structure. Pair this dry sparkler with shrimp in merkén broth.
