From a brand that is still inexplicably under the radar, this very limited release gives us not only an expression of a very rare agave to experience but one that was bottled after a 3yr capon process and puntas distillation. What that all means is that this is one the purest and most profound agave spirits you could hope to taste. Its also delicious which helps of course. Made by the descendants of the ancient Partida family of Jalisco where for centuries some of the most refined mezcals have been made.
