Made on the remote island of Okinawa with local Indica Long Grain Rice and black koji that spend nearly a month fermenting together before being pot distilled and bottled at a generous 43% ABV. This is a luxurious spirit, supple and silken in texture, bursting with flavors of herbs and spring orchards on the finish. All around exceptional.
