Tremendous effort has been made to cerate this batch of co-fermented and distilled Cucharilla and Paplome plants. The first was harvested at 6,500 feet in the pure gray limestone terroir of this region and then combined with a few dozen perfectly ripe Papalomes grown closer to the palenque. It has created a mezcal of staggering beauty.
