The inaugural release of this bourbon celebrating the different strains of wheat and their impact on the whiskey. Emmer wheat is an ancient grain first domesticated in the Fertile Crescent, and it today widely grown in Armenia. Aged for 12 years and bottled at 94 proof, this is complex with aromas of baking spice, nuts, caramel, citrus, stone fruits, and honey.
