A compelling red wine from the eastern area, Sitia, in Crete that comes with bottle age. Made from 90 year old Laitiko vines with a touch of old vines Mandilari. The aromas are wild, yet fresh, leathery and complex. This speaks of terroir and shows a remarkable freshness with many years ahead. Pair with lamb or steak tartare. One of Greece’s most artisanal and sought after producers, Yiannis Economou the heart and soul of the estate. He is a vin-de-terroir natural-wine maker of extraordinary ability.
