We always love a new Faccia Brutto product, and thankfully this limited run has been confirmed to be seeing a yearly release going forward! After a year resting in white wine barrels the depths of flavor from the original source have rounded and become more smooth. Rich honeyed flavor followed by subtle hints of saffron and lemon leaf leave the palate craving for more. A wonderful alternative to yellow chartreuse in a pinch for cocktails, offering similar levels of flavor with a slightly diminished sweetness. Use it in your next Alaska recipe and enjoy, just make sure not to drink it too quickly!
