Aged for 9 full years in a heavy charred new barrel stored in Rickhouse BB Floor 6 prior to being selected by us and bottled as a single barrel at 94 proof. Those are the tech specs. What does it taste like? Honestly, exactly like autumn here in our neck of the woods. Notes of cherry pie, baked cinnamon apples, roasted chestnuts, maple syrup and mulled wine showcase the striking depth this brand delivers at such a great value.
