A medium-bodied dry rosé from the north of Corsica, this domaine is on its 6th generation in the family. Traditional winemaking practices have been in place since the beginning, and chemicals were never introduced. Fermented and vinified entirely in stainless steel, this will pair well with chestnut flour pasta dishes.
