One in a series of three whiskies, distilled at the same time, aged for the same length and bottled at the same proof. The primary difference being the rickhouse they were aged in. A lot can be said about what goes into whiskey making but from start to finish, especially during aging - enviornment is everythng. Home to some of their oldest rickhouses and covered in a blanket of humidity due to the adjacent Frankfort creek bed, the barrels here age in, slowly and evenly in a special, insulated climate. The whiskey itself is concentrated but with subtelties that open over time. Notes include dried blueberries, sweet caramel, pipe tobacco and wisps of smoke
