The rarest range from this revered mezcal label, we secured this precious tiny batch of mezcal exclusively for our customers and fellow agave aficionados. Made from wild papalote agaves harvested from the e Patricio García family land and created by Tia Victoria completely by hand according to tradition using only pre-industrial methods and equipment including wooden mallets to break down the agave and hybrid bamboo and clay pot stills. Rested in glass demijohns for 2yrs prior to bottling. Only 42 bottles total yield for this batch, never to be repeated. The mezcal is a masterpiece with notes of summer honeydew, Melipona honey, white currants, sweet herbs, minerals and warming cinnamon spice. The supple texture and perfect integration of alcohol makes these a supremely beautiful sipper and speaks to the mastery of Victoria's skills in every aspect of production.
