A traditionally styled rice wine made from Yellow Flower sticky rice, and purple sticky rice fermented with native yeast, bacteria, and fungi. Made in a style similar to a sake, this has a very savory and nutty flavor profile, with dairy notes and a bit of funk. After co-fermentation, it ages in a solera-style system of terra cotta and wood for 18 months. Pair with Bún thang. From Song Cai Distillery.
