Glenmorangie A Tale of Tokyo Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky

Glenmorangie A Tale of Tokyo Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky

Item # 50402 750mL

The best in class so far in this series sees this iconic brand reaching for new horizons in flavor. Like the rest of us, head whisky maker Dr. Bill Lumsden is deeply inspired from his travels to Tokyo. In an attempt to bottle some of the magic from there, he has created a whisky with a heavy influence from extremely rare Japanese Mizunara Oak Casks. The flavors are diverse and poignant, well structured and sure to leave an impression as well. The additonal aging in American and Sherry Oak makes it even more interesting on the palate with notes ranging from bitter cherries, bright lemony white pepper, preserved apricots, cedar and bittersweet almond syrup.
