Wow. We could stop there. What you get here is something that is at once uncategorizable yet also one of the most identifiable flavors in the world. Using their gin/amaro like bespoke Symphony 6 spirit as a base, Lars and team at Empirical literally emptied bag after bag of Doritos Nacho Cheese into the alcohol until it was the perfect infusion to put under their vaccum stills. The finished spirit is like a experiencing this classic snack food on a meta level, and - it works! Especially good paired with agave spirits or maybe even most surprisingly - in a Manhattan. Extremely limited offering.
