Vincent Laterrade grew up amongst the prized vineyards in Armagnac’s Ténarèze region, and eventually became a connoisseur and advocate of some of the smallest regional producers. These unknown domains had to follow a strict protocol to become part of Vincent's collection: single vintage, single-property Armagnacs in which no alcohol reduction, blending, or manipulation had occurred. Authentic, pure Armagnac in its finest form. This 1993 from the esteemed Domaine de La Coste Lacourtoisie sure lives up to the hype! The concentration is next level, while the layers of fruit, spices, earth, and cacao continue in waves on the palate. Everything here is localized: the bottles come from a local glass maker, the labels are made from local rag paper, the wax is French, and even the boxes are made from French trees!
