Maestro Mezcalero Silvestre Ramirez produces this unique style of mezcal production using Verde agave. No water is used, instead pulque is mixed with cooked agave without fibers for fermentation. Twice distilled in a hybrid copper & stainless steel pot still, this boasts aromas of mushroom, cantaloupe, grilled red bell pepper, citrus, and cured meat.
