A spring 2024 batch from maestro Cándido Romero, cultivated and distilled in the Loma de Guadalupe, Jalisco. Made from Ixtero Amarillo agaves that were trained in a capon style for two full years to concentrate the ripeness and intensity of the flavors. Made like a traditional mezcal and bottled at an incredibly palatable batch proof. Lot L007 total yield of 180 liters.
