Philokalia is a passion project of Sari Khoury, who makes wines from old vine white native grapes in his Bethlehem garage. All grapes were co-fermented and spent up to 8 weeks macerating on the skins. Full-bodied and rich, with tannic structure, and stone fruit and herb aromas, this will pair well with Musakhan.
