Miahuatlan, where Maestro Victor Ramos is based is also the ancestral home of karwinskiis like this batch of Madrecuixe made in Spring of 2023. Savoury and herbal on the nose with sharp invigorating tones of lime blossom, kiwi and tarragon and then switching gears to a supple, sweet, honeyed and coconut tinged palate laced with mouth watering minerals and fresh almond.
