Gamay with aromas of dark fruits and a fresh vibrancy on the palate. Easy-drinking and a natural wine you can enjoy with abandon as the palate is pristine. Fermented with natural yeasts in tank. The vines range in age from 15-40 years old and are planted in a mix of soils: clay, chalk, silex and sand. Pair with braised chicken with lentils.
