Old Forester Astor Select Single Barrel Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey

Our latest entry in this series is a whopper of a whiskey. Old Forester really changed the game with this brand when they finally began bottling at barrel proof. The whiskies in this range are closer to their legendary Birthday Bourbon releases and nearly unrecognizable in comparison to the rest of their expressions. Originally distilled and barreled on May 20th of 2013, this spirit aged for over 11yrs on the 7th !! floor of Warehouse. Bottled at a supremely pure and powerful 64.4% abv this is one of the most concentrated, intense and magnificent whiskies we have tasted from OF period. As always this is a totally unique one-off and when it's gone it's gone.
