Founded in 1791, this Fushimi District-based kura draws on the soft water of Kyoto to make their sake. Omachi rice from Okayama prefecture is milled down to 55%, this sake has stone fruit and melon aromas with herbs, along with a slight spritz. Pair with soba and shrimp tempura.
