We are almost bewildered that we've been given the honor of releasing the first ever drops of rum from the oldest functioning Three Chamber Pot Still in the world, the so-called Vulcan Pot Still unearthed at the formidable West Indies Distillery on the west coast of Barbados. The purity of the rum is palpable from the first note with flavors of Tahitian vanilla, coconut shells, lime blossoms with hints of Damask rose and almond butter.
