Inspired by herbaceous monastic liqueurs such as Chartreuse and Centerba, Scarlet’s Verde Amaro is a verdant herbal liqueur bursting with green herbs and bright citrus, anchored by wormwood grown without intervention on the Iseya estate.
Other key botanicals include mugwort, fennel, dandelion, marjoram, sage, angelica, licorice, cinnamon, blood orange, and bergamot many of which are also naturally cultivated on the distillery's farm.
