With a base of fermenting Chenin Blanc juice, this is fortified in process with grape eau-de-vie that has macerated for 2 months with basil, sage, turmeric, and bergamot. It aged in barrel for 18 months before bottling. An off-dry white vermouth with lively acidity and refreshing bitterness, this will be wonderful over ice with an orange slice, or mixed into your favorite cocktail.
