Distilled from heritage Cristalline sugar cane syrup from the fields of Michel Sajous, fermented with yeast and dunder. Distilled on a Müller pot still, this aged for 3 years in ex-Providence casks, charred new American oak filled and emptied repeatedly over 2 years. Aged in the tropics of Haiti, this has aromas of citrus, banana, herbs, honey, white chocolate, sweet spice, flowers, and peppercorn. A truly rare specimen to be used in minimal premium mixed drinks when you want only the best or sipped chilled, on the rocks or neat.
