Made by mezcalero Lalo Barriga, this features Espadín harvested from his front yard. Roasted with Encino wood for 5 days, this was distilled in the 100L clay pots that are traditional to Santa Catarina Minas. Crabapples, plaintains, pineapple, almonds, raisins, prune, rice, anise, orange peels, and a chicken breast.
