This dry white is made from Vermentino harvested in Borgo Castellarese, from a vineyard with alluvial soils overlooking the sea. Fermented and aged in stainless steel vats, this is golden in color, with orchard fruit and spice aromas. Medium-bodied, this will pair well with fleur du maquis.
