Real Minero Astor Batch Barril Verde Barril Amarillo Still Strength Mezcal - 2021

From this current trilogy release of Astor Batch Selects from our dear friends at Real Minero, this is the sole one that is not a Proyecto LAM bottling, but in its own way it is perhaps the rarest of the three. A back vintage release from 2021 and aged in hand-made glass demi-johns at the palenque's cellar for nearly 3 years, this is the first of release of this extremely rare blend of two types of Barril. The minimum age of the agaves was 15 years and the 70 liter batch was bottled at still strength. Notes include honeydew melon, preserved limes, fresh honey, tarragon and cilantro and chamomile tea.
