This dry red is a cellar release from a great vintage, with optimal weather conditions. A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot, this aged in 75% new oak barrels for 22 months. Still evolving, this earthy and savory red has softening tannins and drying dark fruit aromas. Pair with lamb and black olives.
