Eko Glonti is a doctor-turned-winemaker and first began his vinous slant in 2011. This is an orange wine as the Mtsvane grapes were macerated in amphorae for weeks on the skins giving a more amber color to this dry, white wine. Aromas of dried apples, apricots and tea on the palate. Pair with Georgian khachapuri and meat skewers. Drink with a light chill.
