From the village of Riyaq, the vines are at an altitude of 900m on red clay soils. A skin-contact dry white, this saw fermentation and aging in inox tank and 400L French oak barrels on the lees for 6 months. Aromatic, structured, and full-bodied, this will pair well with Shish Barak.
