What's new is old. This new bottling comes from young vines that go into their top cuvée, Pietra Marina. In fact, this style reminds us of their top cuvée made a good 20 years ago. The terraced vines are in Milo at 800 meters in elevation. Made from Carricante that was aged on the lees in tank. Succulent and delicious on the palate. A natural pairing for any seafood.
