A mango-flavored gin made by Maestro Destilador Andrés Valverde in San Juan del Río, Querétaro. The base spirit is made from Mexican corn, and the botanicals include Ataúlfo mango, Pasilla Mixe chile, juniper, coriander, Mexican lime, lemongrass, hibiscus, cacao, and angelica root. Co-fermented for 24 hours, they are vapor infused in a 300L alembic copper pot still. Divided into 3 parts, one is infused with mango, one infused with mango and chile, and the final is left as is.
