Whitebox Freezer Martini

Perhaps, like me, your homemade pre-batched freezer martini program hasn’t quite gotten off the ground yet (someday!). Not to worry, because UK-based Whitebox has created this perfectly acceptable version for when an ice-cold-martini-mood strikes. Whitebox was founded by spirits industry professionals, and their freezer martini takes a classic approach, combining Porter’s gin, dry vermouth, and lemon zest. A bit of advance planning is still required, as the can needs at least 4 hours in the freezer to chill properly. While you’re stocking your freezer, might as well store your favorite Nick and Nora alongside for a chilled glass at the ready. Keep the garnish simple; a lemon peel or olive will do. The result is luxuriously textured, with subtle sweetness balanced by savory and citrus. Minimum effort for maximum results!
