With a mash bill of 65% corn, 20% wheat, and 15% malted barley, this semi-annual cask strength release is sour mash fermented in stainless steel. Twice distilled on copper and stainless steel and a Vendome copper pot still, this is aged 4-6 years in new char #4 American oak barrels from Independent Stave Company’s Kentucky cooperage. This has all the aromas of the Pot Still reserve, delivered at full force.
