This heritage Indian eau-de-vie is made from the sap of coconut spathes as they begin to flower. The feni is twice distilled, on copper pot stills, before being blended and then distilled a third time by Rhea Distilleries to round the spirit out. It is proofed down and rested in stainless steel for a few weeks before bottling.
