Made by Maestro Mezcalero Vicente Sánchez Parada in Candelaria Yegolé, Zoquitlán, Oaxaca, the piñas were cooked in traditional earthen pit oven. Milled on a stone tahona, this fermented in pine and cypress vats. Twice distilled on copper stills, this has notes of grilled pineapple, strawberries, and lime zest.
